How to process Proteina

Step 01 > Pour water and soak

Pour hot water in a container containing Proteina and soak it for approximately 3-5 minutes. Proteina will expand and become chewy. Its weight will increase 2-3 times the dry weight, and the volume will increase about 2 times the original volume.

Step 02 > Squeeze for a while & rinse

Knead briefly and rinse with clean water (repeat up to 2-3 times) then squeeze until slightly dry Proteina is ready to be processed with other spices, just like processing meat.
