Add lime leaves, galangal, and lemongrass. Saut\u00e9 until fragrant\u2060<\/li>\n<li>Add enough water and stir well. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Add the shredded Proteina and stir well. \u2060<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, sugar, and broth powder. Taste the seasoning.<\/li>\n<li>Let the spices absorb for a minute and wait until the water boil.
