How to process Proteina

    Pour water and soak

    Pour water (hot or cold need to be clear) in a container containing Proteina and soak for approximately 5-15 minutes. The protein will expand and be chewy, it weighs 2-3 times the original weight and the volume increases .... times the original volume.

  • ___Step 02_______________
    Squeeze for a while and rinse

    Knead briefly and rinse with clean water (repeat up to 2 times) then squeeze until slightly dry.
    Ready processed. Mix with other spices until seeped. Then processed like meat processing.

How to store Proteina


Store Proteina in a sealed packing in a dry place. Prepared proteins should be stored in the refrigerator.
