‘Beef’ Yakiniku

2 Servings

Ingredients :

  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • ½ thumb ginger
  • ½ large onion (1 small onion)⁠
  • 40 grams of Sliced ​​Proteina that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x⁠
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce⁠
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce ⁠
  • ½ tsp sesame oil⁠
  • 2 tbsp water ⁠
  • Salt and sugar

Directions:

  1. To make the teriyaki sauce, mix the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water in a bowl. Stir well then set aside.
  2. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the sauce mixture and stir briefly. Wait for it to boil⁠
  4. Add Proteina and mix well.⁠
  5. Add onions, salt and sugar. Stir well and then taste.
  6. The food is ready to serve
