Ingredients :
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- ½ thumb ginger
- ½ large onion (1 small onion)
- 40 grams of Sliced Proteina that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt and sugar
Directions:
- To make the teriyaki sauce, mix the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water in a bowl. Stir well then set aside.
- Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the sauce mixture and stir briefly. Wait for it to boil
- Add Proteina and mix well.
- Add onions, salt and sugar. Stir well and then taste.
- The food is ready to serve
