Ingredients :
- 40gr Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- 200 gr egg noodles
- 2 bunches of pakcoy / mustard greens
- 6 cloves of shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ ginger segment - thickly sliced
- 2½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Salt, pepper, broth powder
- Garlic oil
- 4 cloves of shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml of cooking oil
- Ingredients to be mixed with cooked noodles:
- 3 tablespoons of garlic oil
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1½ tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp broth powder
Directions:
- Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant then add the sliced ginger. Saute for a minute.
- Add Proteina and mix well
- Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasoning until the taste is right. Mix well. Add water if needed.
- Taste. If the taste is great then remove and set aside.
- Boil the noodles until cooked, then set aside.
- Boil pakcoy / mustard greens until cooked then set aside.
- Prepare a bowl to serve. Add seasoning per serving of noodles. Add noodles and mix the noodle with the seasoning.
- Add the pakcoy and the sauteed Proteina to the bowl.
- Ready to serve.
