Yamin Proteina Noodles

2 Servings

Ingredients :

  • 40gr Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded, and drained with repetitions of 2-3x⁠
  • ⁠200 gr egg noodles ⁠
  • 2 bunches of pakcoy / mustard greens⁠

 

  • 6 cloves of shallots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ ​​ginger segment ⁠⁠ - thickly sliced

 

  • 2½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, pepper, broth powder

 

  • Garlic oil
  • 4 cloves of shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml of cooking oil

  • Ingredients to be mixed with cooked noodles:
    • 3 tablespoons of garlic oil
    • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
    • 1½ tsp soy sauce
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • ½ tsp broth powder

Directions:

  1. Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant then add the sliced ginger. Saute for a minute. ⁠
  2. Add Proteina and mix well ⁠
  3. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasoning until the taste is right. Mix well. Add water if needed.
  4. Taste. If the taste is great then remove and set aside.
  5. Boil the noodles until cooked, then set aside.
  6. Boil pakcoy / mustard greens until cooked then set aside.
  7. Prepare a bowl to serve. Add seasoning per serving of noodles. Add noodles and mix the noodle with the seasoning. ⁠
  8. Add the pakcoy and the sauteed Proteina to the bowl.
  9. Ready to serve.
