Porridge - Proteina Style

(1-2 servings)

Ingredients :

  • For Porridge Preparation:
    • 60 grams of rice
    • 600 ml of broth
    • ¼ tsp soy sauce
    • ½ tsp sesame oil
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • 1 segment of ginger (bruised)

  • Toppings:
    • 30 grams of Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • ¼ tbsp sweet soy sauce
    • ¼ tbsp fish sauce (optional)
    • Enough water

  • Complementary (optional):
    • boiled eggs
    • fried dumplings (dumpling skin thinly sliced and then fried)
    • spring onions (thinly sliced)

Directions:

  1. For porridge preparations, mix all the ingredients. Porridge can be cooked using a stove, slow cooker, or rice cooker. You can choose which one is suitable.
  2. To make the Proteina topping, sauté the garlic until fragrant then add the Proteina. Stir a bit.
  3. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and fish sauce and mix well. Taste. If the taste is right then set aside.
  4. Prepare other complementary ingredients.
  5. Put in Proteina and complementary ingredients on top of the porridge.
  6. Ready to serve.
