Ingredients :
- For Porridge Preparation:
- 60 grams of rice
- 600 ml of broth
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 segment of ginger (bruised)
- Toppings:
- 30 grams of Dry Proteina LS that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼ tbsp sweet soy sauce
- ¼ tbsp fish sauce (optional)
- Enough water
- Complementary (optional):
- boiled eggs
- fried dumplings (dumpling skin thinly sliced and then fried)
- spring onions (thinly sliced)
Directions:
- For porridge preparations, mix all the ingredients. Porridge can be cooked using a stove, slow cooker, or rice cooker. You can choose which one is suitable.
- To make the Proteina topping, sauté the garlic until fragrant then add the Proteina. Stir a bit.
- Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and fish sauce and mix well. Taste. If the taste is right then set aside.
- Prepare other complementary ingredients.
- Put in Proteina and complementary ingredients on top of the porridge.
- Ready to serve.
