Ingredients :
- For Saute Proteina:
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 40 grams of sliced Proteina that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained with repetitions of 2-3x
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tbsp sweet soy sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar (or regular sugar)
- ¼ tsp mirin (can be replaced with sugar)
- A pinch of powdered broth
- A pinch of pepper
- 25 ml of water
- Mentai Sauce:
- 2½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp chili sauce
- Rice:
- 2 servings of white rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of nori flakes
Directions:
- To make Proteina stir-fry seasoning, mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, broth powder, pepper, and water in a bowl. Set aside.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant then add the Proteina.
- Put in the Proteina stir-fry seasoning that was made earlier. Stir well.
- Cook until the Proteina absorbs the spices and the water boils. Taste. If the taste is right then set aside.
- For the rice, combine the cooked rice with the sesame oil, soy sauce and nori flakes.
- Arrange the rice, the saute Proteina, and mentai sauce in a heat-resistant container (aluminum foil cup).
- Bake for about 10 minutes or blow a torch over the mentai sauce.
- Ready to serve.
